Hi, I'm Peter Kassiou, Founder and builder of Vanguard Homes. Building has never just been my profession, it’s my passion. For more than 20 years, I’ve dedicated my career to creating quality homes and helping families bring their dream homes to life.
Every project is personal to me because I’m not just building a house. I’m creating a place where families celebrate milestones, make memories, and feel proud to call home.
I started my career as a qualified tiler, where I learned that the smallest details often make the biggest difference. Over the years, I’ve worked on custom homes, extensions, commercial construction, government projects, and new builds. One of the greatest rewards in my work is handing over the keys and seeing the excitement on my clients’ faces for the very first time. Knowing that I’ve helped turn their vision into reality is something I’ll never take for granted. I’m a builder who genuinely cares. I believe every client deserves clear communication, respect, and a building experience they can enjoy with confidence.

I never cut corners, and I believe that attention to detail and proper craftsmanship are what turn a house into a home. At Vanguard Homes, we focus on quality over quantity. I’d rather build fewer homes to an exceptional standard than rush through projects. My goal has always been to deliver homes I’m proud of and to leave every client feeling like they made the right choice. Building should be an exciting experience, so I make myself available throughout the entire journey, answering questions, giving updates, and making sure you feel confident from our first meeting to handover.
